TruBoy BBQ started with one native Texan's conviction that great halal barbecue shouldn't be hard to find — or hard to love. Jereis Khawaja built this brand from the ground up, and every smoke ring tells that story.
Texas roots, real passion
Jereis Khawaja grew up in Texas hunting and grilling — not a hobby, a way of life. That obsession with fire and meat became the foundation of TruBoy BBQ.

TruBoy BBQ is slow-smoked using locally and ethically sourced meats — a process you can't rush. Every brisket, rib, and sausage link earns its bark the hard way.
