- 1 pack of Chopped Halal Texas Brisket (2 lbs)
- 1 pack of Pulled Halal Lamb Shoulder (2 lbs)
- 1 rack of 3 bone-in Halal Beef Ribs (~2.5 lbs)
- 1 pound of Smoked Halal BBQ Sausage (Choose Regular or Jalapeño Cheddar)
- 1 bottle of our awesome Truboy BBQ Sauce (14 oz)

How to heat your Truboy BBQ
Halal Bbq Sampler Heating Instructions
Oven/Smoker Method:
- Fully thaw meat, then remove from vacuum seal & place in an oven safe dish. Add some butter & ¼ cup of water onto the meat & cover dish with foil.
- Place the meat in a pre-heated oven/smoker at 275◦ F, for about 1 hour for Halal Brisket and Halal Ribs; and about 30 mins for Halal Sausage
- Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165◦ F (USDA recommendation).
Sous Vide Method:
- Fully thaw vacuum sealed meat, then submerge package in a pot of simmering water, for about 1 hour for Halal Brisket and Halal Ribs; and about 30 mins for Halal Sausage. Do NOT use boiling water.
- Condensation is expected. Use towel to absorb excess water.
- Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165◦ F (USDA recommendation). recommendation).

The meat arrives in a Truboy BBQ signature cooler box delivered to your doorstep. Each product is individually vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and flexibility on when it is consumed. All the meat should arrive chilled and should be placed in the refrigerator if consumed in the next 4-5 days, and placed in the freezer if consumed beyond 5 days of arrival.
