1. Fully thaw pulled pork shoulder on counter, then remove from vacuum seal & place in an oven safe dish. Add some butter & ¼ cup of water onto the pulled pork shoulder & cover dish with foil.
2. Place the pulled pork shoulder in a pre-heated oven/smoker at 275◦ F, for about 1 hour or so
3. Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165◦ F (USDA recommendation).
1. Fully thaw vacuum sealed pulled pork shoulder on counter, then submerge package in a pot of simmering water, for about 1 hour. Do NOT use boiling water.
2. Condensation is expected. Use towel to absorb excess water.

1) How do you heat the BBQ?
Heating your Truboy BBQ is very easy and each product has an instructions label and a QR code for an instructions video. You can heat it either in an oven/smoker or use the sous vide method. With the sous vide method you only need to pour simmering water directly into the Truboy BBQ box and wait!!

Yes!! The meat is fully smoked and ready to eat. All you have to do is follow our easy heating instructions.
3) Is the Halal meat certified?
Yes!! All our Halal products are 100% Zabihah and Halal certified.
4) How does the meat arrive?
The meat arrives in a Truboy BBQ signature cooler box delivered to your doorstep. Each product is individually vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and flexibility on when it is consumed. All the meat should arrive chilled and should be placed in the refrigerator if consumed in the next 4-5 days, and placed in the freezer if consumed beyond 5 days of arrival.
